Skid Fabrication
FabWorks can build everything from a small dedicated pump skid to large 20,000 lb package skids for customer projects. Our skid fabrication services not only include metal fabrication but also wiring, automation controls and accessories such as manifolds, hoses, stairs, gratings and guardrails.
Piping
FabWorks is able to provide pipe fitting services to meet your specifications using TIG, Stick, Flux Core and any other welding that your specifications require. Joints can be tested using a variety of techniques from x-ray to full sec pressure testing.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
FabWorks employs experts in stainless steel fabrication. Whether it be 304, 316, or more exotic alloys, we have the skilled staff to tackle your needs.

Many fabrication shops will cut, roll and weld metal, then hand it off to the client for finishing. But what about sand blasting, painting, wiring and complete systems testing. SURGITECH FABWORKS takes the extra step and coordinates bringing in contractors for services that we don't have internally to bring your projects to life.
Many clients works in our shop for periods of time along side our employees to go through the final punch list to make sure that the project fulfills it's design goals. This close working relationship with clients sometimes results in unique and innovative solutions to project challenges. It also allows field personnel to identify potential design issues before a new product makes it to the field.
